of practice include a broad based business practice and
estate planning. He received his B.S. from the United States
Military Academy in 1976, his J.D. from Vanderbilt University
Law School in 1984, and his Master of Laws in Estate Planning
from Miami School of Law in 2003. His honors have included
the Cleland Leadership Award; Honor Committee Chairman;
Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review; U.S.
Army Infantry Commanding Units in the 101st Airborne Division
and Second U.S. Infantry Division (Korea); Deputy Assistant
Secretary of the Employment Standards Administration, United
States Department of Labor, Washington D.C. (1989-90); and
Member of the Advisory Board of Directors of AmSouth Bank.
Bill is admitted to the bar in Tennessee, District of Columbia,
Florida, United States District Court for the Eastern District
of Tennessee, and Southern and Middle districts of Florida,
United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Eleventh
Circuit, and Court of International Trade. Bill is an appointee
of Florida Governor Jeb Bush to serve on the Judicial Nominating
Committee for the 16th Judicial Circuit.

Alabama and graduated from Alabama Southern College in Thomasville,
Alabama. Her areas of expertise are in Human Resources,
Quality Systems and Finance and are gained from over 10
years experience with Ciba Specialty Chemicals, where she
reported to the North American Director of Finance.
Prior to joining The Andersen Firm, she lived and worked
in Atlanta, Georgia as the Assistant Operations Manager
of TRC Staffing Company. Angela and her family reside
in Kingsport, Tennessee. She serves as the Firm's
Director of Funding.

Rocks, PA, in 1966. She received her B.S. in biology, magna
cum laude , from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA,
in 1988. She worked full-time as a molecular biologist
for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center while attending
law school. Julie received her J.D. from Duquesne University
School of Law in 1994 and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania,
Maryland and Florida. She worked for firms in Columbia,
Maryland, and Bethesda, Maryland, for over eight years before
joining The Andersen Firm. Her areas of practice include
estate planning and probate.

serves as the Vice President of Operations
for The Andersen Firm. She is responsible for the areas
of human resources, technology, finance, and billing, as
well as managing the general operations of each of the Firm's
offices. Rhonda was born in North Carolina in 1967. She
graduated cum Laude from East Tennessee State University
in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She
is also certified as a Financial Paraplanner through the
College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado and received
various securities licenses through the Securities Exchange
Commission (SEC). Prior to joining The Andersen Firm, Rhonda
served as Vice President for a state-wide bank in Tennessee,
and Operations Manager for a financial planning firm in
Johnson City, Tennessee.

serves as the Firm's Technical Support Specialist.
He received his Associates degree in electronics in Buenos
Aries. Before joining The Andersen Firm, he ran a
franchise of electronics products in Argentina. He
is fluent in both Spanish and English.

moved to the Ponte Vedra/St. Augustine area 14 years ago.
He is a graduate of Flagler College with a B.A. in Business
Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Advertising,
and Market Research. He worked in the insurance industry
prior to joining The Andersen Firm as a Paralegal.

was born in Ashtabula, Ohio
in 1958. She received her A.S. in Computer Science
from Pellissippi State, Oak Ridge in 1988 followed by a
B. A. in Business Management, magna cum laude from Maryville
College, Maryville, Tennessee in 1991. She serves
as the Strategic Assistant for the firm and is responsible
for scheduling and client services. Prior to joining
The Andersen Firm, Pat was a systems analyst for Martin
Marietta in Oak Ridge and was the CEO of a chiropractic
clinic.
