The best part of my job is being able to help our company run smoother and more efficiently. As the Director of Operations, I spend much of my time developing and evaluating how we do things, how we can improve our service and what kinds of systems or processes are the most effective. I graduated Cum Laude from East Tennessee University with a degree in Business Administration and went on to manage the operations of a local bank for 10 years before coming to The Andersen Firm. For me, ensuring that our staff and our attorneys can offer the highest quality service is most important—and it gives me great fulfillment to see the results in our many satisfied clients.

Outside of the office, my 6-year-old daughter is my number one priority and I also enjoy reading and traveling. Staying focused, keeping a watchful eye on the details and managing time well are assets that help me continually do my job well—these are also great lessons I hope to instill on my daughter in her life and for her future.
